Karen joined First Chapter as a Client Manager in early 2014 having previously operated as an Independent Financial Adviser for over 10 years. She oversees the Client Services team and acts as an interface between our clients, our consultants and the team to ensure we provide a streamlined and efficient client journey with the primary focus being on ensuring a high level of customer care and service.  This conduit role, along with Karen’s level of qualifications and commitment to her ongoing personal and professional development make her a much valued and key member of the team.
